We grow crops

Every grain reflects our history and our farmers’ efforts to protect and preserve our wonderful land. In addition to rice, we also grow 100% Italian cereal crops and legumes, both from conventional and organic farming. Our grains are mixed with the finest vegetables and ingredients from every region in Italy to ensure products which are faithful to tradition, but also innovative in taste.

As well as monitoring the cultivation, we also keep a close eye on the selection and processing of the ingredients. We use natural processing methods which maintain the nutritional values of the rice, cereal crops, legumes and freshly picked vegetables, in order to deliver a good and truly wholesome product.

Our Research and Development team is constantly devising new recipes that can meet both market demands and the needs of individual customers. Products can be tailored to our customer’s preferences. We offer vacuum packaging and MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) to ensure and maintain the product’s long term freshness. The customisation of a product is important and we wish to assure you that your product is as you want it and that it is different from the others.
